I have been in the industry for over 15 years and have a wealth of knowledge from my various roles.
For the past 5 years I have been the spa manager of a multi-award-winning spa which I have grown and developed around the wellbeing needs of our clients.
I am over the moon to be a finalist at the:

The glitzy awards will be in London at the end of 2020 .

A few years ago my life took over and I became burnt out.
At this time I took to alternative therapies like acupuncture and meditation to help reset.
It was then that I delved further into the products that surrounded me to help support me in my daily mindfulness and well being.

I don't sell Wellness, it is my passion and part of my daily practice.
All throughout the day from the moment I open my eyes, until the moment I go to sleep. I use aromatherapy, mantras & meditation to support me.
We have all joined up to a mindfulness class or attended a retreat and felt great, then life gets busy and our wellness fades into the background.
